I spoke with this company a few times over the course of a couple of years before finally deciding to purchase the shutters. They sent the samples I wanted so I could gauge the feel of the different materials and quality and were great about answering all my questions. If the representative  I spoke to did not know the answer they got the answer and phoned me back with it. My shutters have been installed a few months now and are working out  well for us. We were able to specify where we wanted them to "break". They also insulate much better than the old wool? curtains we had up before. We had existing shutters on another window and Bay Area Vinyl shutters was able to match the color and look of the existing shutters. When he came to measure and take my order, he quoted me a time for delivery and the delivery and installation was both on time and professional.  I would be comfortable suggesting this company to anyone I know looking for shutters.
